New Zealand Diploma in Hospitality Management. 

As apart of your qualification you are required to complete 60 hours of practical work placement.  This will be organised by Kin, Crowns communications manager. 

After discussion with your tutor, and taking into account your interest in hospitality he will assign your placement with one of our hospitality partners. 

During your placement you are required to complete the work placement journal attached in this course.  And have your work place supervisor complete the supervisors form for your assessment.
